Quick and easy Country Codes search

Country codes are short alphabetic or numeric codes used to represent countries. The term is also often used to refer to international telephone calling codes.

This site provides a quick, easy and free means to search for the following types of country codes:

  • Domain (ccTLD): This code is the last part of a country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD), and denotes the country which controls/administers the particular ccTLD. For example the 'au' in Marketing.com.au represents Australia. Even though a site or organisation may use a ccTLD it does not necessarily mean it is based in that country. • International Dialling: Numeric codes appended to the beginning of telephone numbers when dialling overseas. More info on calling codes
  • Alpha2, Alpha3 and Numeric: ISO 3166-1 standard codes. The standard "defines codes for the names of countries, dependent territories, and special areas of geographical interest". More on ISO country codes
